Shipping Partners
We ship orders throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays. To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we work with trusted courier agencies. In locations where courier services are not available, orders will be shipped via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value:
- Orders below ₹1500: Shipping charge of ₹100
- Orders of ₹1500 and above: Free shipping
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location.
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that the address details are accurate and complete to avoid delays.
Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If you receive a product that is damaged or if the package appears to be tampered with at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately.
