Handmade Product Disclaimer

All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of these items, slight variations, natural marks, or minor imperfections may occur. These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted products and contribute to their uniqueness and authenticity.

Such variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for return or exchange. By purchasing from Abhusanfashion, you acknowledge and accept the natural variations associated with handmade products.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange will be initiated only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product has been delivered

Under all other circumstances, no return, refund, or exchange requests will be accepted, provided that the product is unused and all original tags and labels are intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing (opening) video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening of the package, and the condition of the product.

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Sale Items

Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance events are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping

The responsibility of handing over the parcel to the designated courier service lies with the customer. Once your request is approved, detailed return instructions will be shared via your registered email or mobile number.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected and verified. Once approved, the refund will processed within 3 business days as store credit.

Store credits will remain in your account and can be used for future purchases on the Abhusanfashion website.

Exceptions

Certain items may be non-returnable, including customized products or items restricted for hygiene reasons. Such products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the website at the time of purchase.
